A career in opera is decided as much in the offices of agencies and casting managers as on the stage. ECP-Arts brings the two together: the 2027 edition includes live auditions and curated meetings with agencies in Germany and in Italy — the people who sign the next generation.

We have established a prestigious connection to partner agencies widely connected across the European theatre scene. You will audition for them, meet their managers and work closely with them during the course.
